The holiday booked may only be taken by the winner who submitted the relevant winning entry along with any accompanying passengers.
The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. All prizes are as stated and the Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, in the event of circumstances outside of its control that may result in any of the original prizes becoming unavailable for any reason. There is no refund for unused portions of the prize. Extras may be added at the winner’s own expense.
All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. Once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.
The prize winners and their companions must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation such as visas required for travel to and entry into their chosen destination including ESTA requirements for the USA. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companions.
Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. Flights will be selected by the prize provider and might not be direct. Not all routings will be available. The prize winners and their companions must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.
