TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter and Data Controller: Florette UK & Ireland, a trading name of Agrial Fresh Produce Limited, Florette House, Wood End Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 8NF.

1. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
2. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
3. Purchase required, retain packaging and proof of purchase.
4. Internet access required.
5. Promotional packs subject to availability.
6. All participants: A maximum of one entry will be accepted per person per day.
7. Residents of the United Kingdom: Maximum one Tasty Escape, three Daily Cash Prizes and one Wrap-Up Draw Prize may be won per person. Residents of the Republic of Ireland, maximum one cash prize of €2,500, available to be won by one person only.
8. Winners of cash prizes must hold a bank account in the relevant jurisdiction (Daily Cash Prize and Wrap-Up Draw Prize winners need to have a UK bank account, winner of the ROI Cash Prize needs to have a bank account in the Republic of Ireland).
9. To enter: During the Promotion Period Purchase any pack of Florette Crispy 90g, 140g, 450g, Florette Mixed 125g, 450g, Florette Sweet & Crunchy 180g, 250g, Florette Iceberg 150g then access www.florettesalad.co.uk/tastyescapes. Select your location of residence (United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland) and confirm you are over 18 years of age. Then complete the entry form with the time code found underneath the USE BY date (6 or 7 numbers and 1 letter) on the outside of the pack, and your name, email address and mobile number.
   Entrants should retain proof of purchase and packaging as Promoter reserves the right to request to see this.

Promotion Periods:

10. The Promotion Period is from 1 May to 16 August 2025, daily 09:00 until 23:59.
    1. UK Main Promotion Period is from 1 May to 1 August 2025, with entries accepted from 09:00 to 23:59 daily. During the Main Promotion Period there are 3 draw periods as follows:

Prize structure:

11. UK Main Promotion Period Monthly Prize Draws:
    Dates of the draw periods are as set out in clause 10 above. All valid entries will be entered into the corresponding Monthly Prize Draw open at time of receipt of entry and one Tasty Escape winner will be drawn at random in each monthly prize draw. There are three Tasty Escape prizes to be won in total, one per Monthly Prize Draw. A maximum of one Tasty Escape may be won per person during the UK Main Promotion Period. For details of the Tasty Escape prizes see clause 15.
12. UK Main Promotion Period daily instant wins:
    One cash prize of £100 will be awarded instantly online each day during the Main Promotion Period, each a “Daily Cash Prize”. A maximum of three Daily Cash Prizes may be won per person during the UK Main Promotion Period.
13. UK Wrap-Up Promotion Period prize draw:
    All valid entries received during the Wrap-Up Promotion Period will be entered into the Wrap-Up prize draw and one winner will win the cash prize of £100, the “Wrap-Up Draw Prize”. If there are any unclaimed Daily Cash Prizes at the time of the Wrap-Up prize draw these will be added to the Wrap-Up prize draw and the number of Wrap-Up Draw prizes will increase accordingly and the number of winners to be selected will also increase by the same amount to reflect the additional prizes now available to be won in the Wrap-Up prize draw. A maximum of one Wrap-Up Draw Prize may be won per person.
14. ROI Prize Draw:
    All valid entries received during the ROI Promotion Period will be entered into the ROI prize draw and one winner will win €2,500 cash, the “ROI Cash Prize”.

    Details applicable to all Tasty Escape prizes:

    The holiday booked may only be taken by the winner who submitted the relevant winning entry along with any accompanying passengers.

    The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. All prizes are as stated and the Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, in the event of circumstances outside of its control that may result in any of the original prizes becoming unavailable for any reason. There is no refund for unused portions of the prize. Extras may be added at the winner’s own expense.

    All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. Once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.

    The prize winners and their companions must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation such as visas required for travel to and entry into their chosen destination including ESTA requirements for the USA. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companions.

    Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. For the latest advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on travel to the five prize destinations, including security and local laws, plus passport and visa information, check www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

    Flights will be selected by the prize provider and might not be direct. Not all routings will be available. The prize winners and their companions must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.

    Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.

    A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.

    It is the responsibility of the prize winners to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the local laws in their chosen destination. It is highly recommended that the prize winners and their companions obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

    The prizes and all their elements are subject to availability.

    The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

UK Cash Prizes

16. Total of 94 x £100 prizes to be won:
    1. 93 x Daily Cash Prizes awarded as daily instant winning moments through the UK Main Promotion Period.
    2. 1 x Wrap-Up Draw Prize available to be won by an entrant who entered during the Wrap-Up Promotion Period (along with any unclaimed Daily Cash Prizes).
    All 94 of the UK cash prizes will be awarded via a bank transfer to an account at a UK bank held in the prize winner’s name.

ROI Cash Prize

17. One winner will win €2,500 cash. The ROI Cash Prize will be awarded via a bank transfer to an account at a ROI bank held in the prize winner’s name.
18. The cash prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

UK Winner Selection

19. Monthly Prize Draw Prizes AND Wrap-Up Draw Prize: One winner and three reserves will be drawn by or under the supervision of an independent body within three working days of the end of the relevant Monthly Promotion or the end of the Wrap-Up Promotion Period (as the case may be) from all valid entries received during the relevant promotion period. If there are any unclaimed Daily Cash Prizes at the time of the Wrap-Up Draw, the number of winners and reserves to be selected will be increased as necessary. If, after offering a Monthly Prize Draw Prize to a winner and three reserves, the Monthly Draw Prize remains unclaimed the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.
20. Daily Cash Prize winners will be determined using a winning moments mechanic (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with one winning moment set between 09:00:00 and 23:59:59 every day between 1st May 2025 – 1st August 2025 inclusive.
    These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. Entrants who submit a valid entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win the Daily Cash Prize associated with that winning moment. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the Daily Cash Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment at the time of the next valid entry.

UK Winner Notification:

21. Provisional winners of a Prize Draw prize (Monthly Prize Draw or Wrap-Up Prize Draw) will be sent an email within 5 working days after the relevant draw has taken place requesting confirmations of compliance with these terms and conditions and, at the discretion of the Promoter, asking to see proof of purchase or packaging. If a winner does not respond to the winner notification email detailing confirmation requirements within 14 days of the date of sending the email, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and contact a reserve.
22. Provisional winners of a Daily Cash Prize will be notified instantly on screen and will also be sent an email within five working days to the account associated with their winning entry requesting confirmation of compliance with these terms and conditions and, at the discretion of the Promoter, asking to see proof of purchase or packaging. Daily Cash Prize provisional winners will be asked to confirm eligibility (including proof of age through a government issued identification document), county of residence and bank account details for a UK-based bank account in the entrant’s name. If a provisional winner does not respond to the winner notification email detailing confirmation requirements within 14 days of the date of sending the email they will be disqualified and the prize will be added to the prize pool for the Wrap-Up Prize Draw.
23. UK Prize Provision: Tasty Escape winners will be contacted by the prize provider within 28 days of the email notification of win or the completion of any verification process (request for packaging or proof of purchase), if verification is requested (see clause 28), whichever is the later. The prize provider will work with each winner to book their prize.
    Daily Cash Prize winners will receive their prize via bank transfer within 28 days of the on-screen and email notification of win or the completion of any verification process (request for packaging or proof of purchase), if verification is requested, whichever is the later.
    Wrap-Up Draw prize winner (and winners of any unclaimed Daily Cash Prizes) will receive their prize via bank transfer within 28 days of email notification of win or the completion of any verification process (request for packaging or proof of purchase), if verification is requested, whichever is the later.
24. ROI Winner Selection: All valid entries received before the end of the ROI Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted within three working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner and an appropriate number of reserves will be randomly selected using an independently verified process.
25. ROI Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by email (to the account associated with their entry) within five working days of the date of the draw. Winner will be asked to confirm eligibility (including proof of age through a government issued identification document), bank account details for a ROI-based bank account in the entrant’s name, and (at the discretion of the Promoter), proof of purchase or packaging (see clause 28) in order to be confirmed as the winner. The winner will have 14 days from the date of initial contact to confirm eligibility and bank account details. If a winner does not respond to the winner notification email within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and contact a reserve.
26. ROI Prize provision: Winner will receive their prize by bank transfer within 28 days of email notification of win or the completion of any verification process (request for packaging or proof of purchase), if verification is requested (see clause 28), or provision of valid bank account details, whichever is the later.
27. Unclaimed Prize Draw Prizes: If, despite the best efforts of the Promoter, any prize remains unclaimed after offering to the winner and at least three reserve winners, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.
28. Verification of winners: Packaging and proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the corresponding promotion period should be retained following registration of promotional time code digits, as they may be required to verify a winning claim. Any request for packaging or proof of purchase will be included in your win notification email. The Promoter may also require proof of address and/or ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent).
29. Only genuine time codes available during the Promotion Period can be used. Codes cannot be sold or transferred. Proof of submitting a promotional time code cannot be accepted as proof of receipt by the Promoter. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine codes in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
30. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.
31. No entries from organised groups, clubs or agents, will be accepted. Only natural persons participating as consumers are able to enter. No bulk entries. In the event the Promoter or its agent suspect a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid and any prize awarded will be void.
32. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. In the event the Promoter or its agent suspect a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid and any prize awarded will be void.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner of a prize has breached these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements.
34. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    1. Any entries that fail to be registered or are delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays, non-delivery of entries, corruption of entries or disruption to this promotion;
    3. Entries which are corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible, invalid, late or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason;
    4. A winner of a prize failing to receive their prize as a result of having provided incorrect bank details or email address during the registration and notification processes;
    5. The failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure on the entrants and the prize winners;
    6. any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
35. Data Privacy: The Promoter will use personal details supplied by entrants in accordance with Condition 9, 21-23, 25-26 and 28 and for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless an entrant has consented to other uses. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Except where consent has been provided, personal details of entrants will be deleted within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Any prize winner can request for their details to be deleted before the expiry of the relevant period by emailing support@florettetastyescapes.co.uk although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is not possible for delivery of that winner's prize to be completed. 36. Winner details: Except where winner(s) have notified the Promoter that they do not want their details to be shared, details of the winners (surname and county of residence only) will be available from 28^th August until 28th October 2025 by emailing support@florettetastyescapes.co.uk with “Florette winners” in the email title. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting support@florettetastyescapes.co.uk with “Florette winner redaction” in the email subject and to arrive before 27^th August 2025. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
37. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter impacting its ability to operate the promotion as planned, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
38. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
39. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts unless you live in the Republic of Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case local laws may apply and your local courts will have jurisdiction.
